Phat Snackz, a warm, welcoming family owned restaurant that fulfills hunger needs with delicious food.

Chef Rob moved to Las Vegas, Nevada from Cleveland, Ohio. Rob always found joy in cooking for people. His grandmother was the first to teach him how to cook as a child. He took culinary art classes in high school and college. He received a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts. After college he moved to Las Vegas for a change. Rob worked for UNLV Catering Services and Southern Hills Hospital as a chef.

Chef Rob and his lovely wife, Monica started Phat Snackz in 2016 catering for parties and events. The restaurant opened in 2018. The flavor, style, quantity and quality of the food is what stands out among the rest.  Phat Snackz is a warm, welcoming family owned restaurant that fulfills hunger needs with delicious food.
